We had a great family vacation here! Clean and spacious family cabin with two bathrooms. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing free shuttle service to nearby locations. Best of all, the breakfast buffet had a delicious Taiwanese traditional style porridge.

We recently stayed at a family-friendly resort that is surrounded by tranquil and calm surroundings. We enjoyed the spaciousness of our room that easily accommodated our family of four. the resort property was well-maintained, and the staff was highly friendly and helpful which made our stay more comfortable. the free laundry service was greatly appreciated and made our trip much easier.

We found the breakfast options to be limited, and the food was cold by the time we reached the buffet. , the lack of dining options made us feel restricted during dinner time, and we had to travel further to find suitable food options.

This resort is perfect for families with children. The location is great as it's close to the Aboriginal Cultural Centre and Cable Car rides to Sun Moon Lake. The staff is very friendly and always on hand to help. They even provide a free shuttle service to nearby locations if you don't have your own transportation. There's a big lawn in the yard where you can play games and have fun.

The restaurant can be a bit difficult to get into for dinner, so it's best to book ahead of time. There aren't many other dining options around the resort, so it can be a bit of a challenge if you don't want to travel further away. Also, the gravel road within the resort may not be suitable for luggage with wheels, so be careful.

The resort is conveniently located near some major attractions like a cultural village, a theme park and a lake. the rooms are spacious and clean, and the bathroom has a high-pressure shower for a refreshing experience. the staff is polite and helpful, and the food served at the dinner is delicious and customizable. On top of that, the serene and pleasant surroundings are perfect for a nice family retreat.

One inconvenience was reported with the gravel road leading to the reception, which could damage luggage wheels.
